Vcenter-AX630 – 5-axis milling machine for the metal machining industry. The traveling column design with B+C axis rotary table allows milling of complex parts from all sides in a single cycle. The table mounted on the machine base ensures structural rigidity, while the Roller-Cam drive guarantees precise positioning. The dual-contact BBT-40 spindle and 48 m/min rapid feed with roller linear guideways ensure high performance and stable operation even during complex metal part machining.
Ensures greater rigidity and accuracy compared to standard BT-40, particularly important during heavy machining and at high spindle speeds.
Roller linear guideways on all three axes ensure fast and smooth movement.
The tilting and rotating table (B+C axes) with integrated Roller-Cam drive ensures fast and precise positioning.
